CADOGAN SQUARE

This late 18th Century listed townhouse, was the subject of a substantial refurbishment and restoration for an art collector client. The brief was to reconfigure some prior finishing work by a well-known developer and Interior Designer, but without changing or affecting any structure or listed items. An important part of the Brief was to make the property much more receptive and appropriate as a backdrop to the Art that had been acquired by the Client. A key aspect of the re-servicing, was to achieve Art Gallery quality lighting for the private collection.
