CHESTER ROW

This charming listed 19th Century terraced house, set in the heart of Belgravia on the Grosvenor Estate, was extensively restored and renovated with the close involvement of the City of Westminster’s Conservation Team. The proposals included full re-servicing of the property, significant layout alterations, the excavating beneath the under pavement coal vaults to the front and a general refurbishment. Great care was taken to retain all of the listed architectural features and to repair and enhance where elements were these were missing.
