The early 19th Century listed townhouse, very close to Eaton Square, was the subject of a very extensive refurbishment and restoration for an art collector client. The brief was to undertake much rationalisation of the rear of the property and in particular, to reconfigure the lower floor levels into a much more usable and practical layout. This important work, included the restoration of many existing architectural features, and the creation of an Orangery / Conservatory at First Floor level. Within the parameters of the listed building consent, a completely new underpinned basement with a bespoke wine cellar, state of the art Cinema / Family room and a Gym was created, together with complete reconstruction of the Mews building behind the main House.
