WHITFIELD PLACE

This highly unusual charming private Mews enclave in Putney, very near the River Thames, was previously converted from a Warehouse and Factory. This was the starting point for the complete re-design of this property, which had been sub-divided and converted in the 1980’s. The Mews townhouse was extended into the roof, in order to create additional bedrooms and family spaces. This involved complex and somewhat protracted Planning negotiations with the Local Authority, due to the close proximity of a school, to the rear of the Mews enclave.
