Wilton Crescent

This early 19th Century listed townhouse, located close to Belgrave Square, required significant structural and refurbishment works. The brief was to completely reconfigure the poorly executed and inappropriate 1960’s alterations, which were unsuitable for the building. A full basement structure was created under the entire building footprint. The new basement was a radical, but transformative solution and it allowed many advantages to enhance the flow and spaciousness of the final layout.
